WINTER WARMER ? MOROCCAN CAULIFLOWER SOUP

INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil –
4 large Carrots peeled and sliced –
3 small Apples chopped –
3 cups chopped Cauliflower –
2 teaspoons Cumin Powder –
1 teaspoon Cinnamon –
1⁄4 teaspoon Paprika –
1 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt –
2 cups of Bone Broth – you can make it at home yourself or buy. The brand I used is delicious. Beef Broth – Best Of The Bone. –
Coriander to garnish –

METHOD
In a large pan or saucepan add 1 large teaspoon of coconut oil.
Add in the carrots and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Next, add in the chopped apples, cauliflower, cumin powder, cinnamon, paprika, salt and stir until the spices and oil evenly coats all the vegetables.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add in the bone broth, cover the pan/saucepan and simmer until the vegetables/apples are tender,
Approx 20 minutes.
Garnish with Coriander.
