SELF-REFLECTION (Video)

Self Reflection is a humbling process. It helps us to understand ourselves by building emotional self-awareness. Finding out why you Think, Say, and Do certain things is essential to bettering yourself.
We talk a lot about reflection when we are coaching our online Women 40+

Now that we are officially half way through the year, it’s a perfect time to reflect. 
Over the past week, we have reflected, by asking ourselves the questions below, we have reset and we are ready and committed to crush the next 6 months – Starting with a 90 Day Action Plan!

It’s only natural that when you start something new there will be some fears, doubts, excitement, and expectations, but that’s just life, it is a part of evolving and growing.

The road to success is never straight and smooth. It’s far from perfect. You may see other peoples showreels on social media but always know that it’s just a small percentage of what’s really going on behind the scenes.

We highly recommend finding a few minutes so you can sit and reflect on the last 6months.
Ask yourself these questions:
‘What have I achieved?’
‘What haven’t I achieved?’
‘Where do I want to be in the next 6months?’

Remember to do this coming from a place of kindness and compassion – it’s not a task that is meant for you to judge yourself or speak harshly to yourself.
Remember – it’s always about Self-Love.
