HOW TO KEEP YOUR MOJO THROUGH ISO
If you’ve been struggling to stay motivated with your Health and Fitness through Isolation, it’s time to get your mojo back. Motivation will get you started, but it’s these healthy habits that will keep you going. Put our small simple steps in place now to boost your energy, feel stronger, and get out of Iso, better than when you walked into it.
KEEP IT SIMPLE SEXY:
WATER –
The elixir of LIFE! Regain your energy, boost your brainpower, and start tracking your water intake. Aim for 40mls per kg of bodyweight. You should never get to a point of feeling thirsty. This means you’re already dehydrated. We love our filtered water and Soda Stream.
NUTRITION –
Working from home may have created mindless snacking and extra wine time leading to low energy, mood swings, and lack of motivation. Now is a good time to reset. Stock your kitchen with lots of nutritious whole-foods, get those vegetables in, and start making healthier choices. We live by the 80/20 rule. You don’t have to miss out if you learn to balance it all out. We show you how.
EXERCISE –
You don’t have to go to the gym to get a great workout, you just need to move! Start tracking your daily steps, aiming for 8-10,000 a day and build from there. Home Workouts are a vibe and we have got you covered. The beauty of Urban Warriors being established online is you can do our program from anywhere in the world. If online isn’t for your thing, we have some spaces available for Face to Face training out in nature.
You will be amazed by how good this is for the soul.
MINDFULNESS –
Whilst we can’t control what happens in the outside world, we can do our best to control what goes on in our inside world. Mindset is everything. Meditation, even for just 5minutes a day can make a positive impact on your wellbeing. Reading, breath work, grounding, and each step we have mentioned above will create positive changes. You can’t have a healthy body long term without a healthy mind.
ACCOUNTABILITY –
Accountability is a personal choice to rise above your current circumstances and demonstrate the ownership necessary for achieving your desired results. Accountability is knowing that you have someone to support you, guide you and keep you on track. Someone who can give you that ‘tough love’ when you need it. Sometimes we just need to get out of our own way and start living the life that we want. Our best life. A life without making any excuses.
Stop the ‘all or nothing approach’ – it’s not serving you. Remind yourself it’s not about being perfect, it’s just about getting started.

You won’t regret it.
