5 REASONS YOU’RE NOT GETTING RESULTS

1️⃣ EXERCISE – You’ve set yourself up for failure. You’re either trying to figure it out on your own, doing too much too soon when you haven’t trained in years, or the opposite – you’re sitting at your desk all day, barely moving, so your energy output is too low (therefore you’re not burning any calories)

2️⃣ NUTRITION – The ‘All or Nothing’ approach trying to be ‘Perfect’ needs to stop, along with unhealthy habits of deprivation, fad diets and bingeing.
Poor relationships with food create absolute havoc not only on the body but on the mind. You can eat the foods you love and get results! The focus needs to be on nourishing your body with a balanced approach.

3️⃣ PATIENCE – Overestimating how much you will achieve in a few weeks. When you don’t see a huge transformation in the first few weeks you decide ‘it’s not working’ and just give up.
When you commit to making changes, understand that it takes time. Focus on daily lifestyle ‘wins’ rather than living and breathing by a number on the scale.

4️⃣ REALITY – Underestimating how much you can achieve in a few months if you don’t give up!
It’s about progress, not perfection. Reality is that ‘life happens’. There’s going to be bumps in the road along your journey. A one-off big night doesn’t derail all your hard work. Just remember, it’s not what we do occasionally, it’s what we do consistently that counts.
